That's it. Name and address gets us started. If there's something we should know about the property, tell us and it goes into the number.

When an In-Person Look Is Still the Right Call
Heavy Staining and Unknown Materials
Some jobs we won't quote sight unseen, and we'll say so rather than give you a number we can't hold.
Severely stained concrete is one. Motor oil that has soaked in for a decade, deep rust bleed, red clay ground into the surface, none of that reads from a satellite image, and it changes the job significantly.
Unusual siding materials are another. Older painted wood, cedar, stucco in poor repair. These need to be looked at and sometimes tested before anyone commits to a method, let alone a price.
Roof Condition and Commercial Properties
If your roof is in questionable shape, we want to see it before we agree to clean it, for your protection and ours. A roof that's already failing is not a candidate for cleaning and we'll tell you that straight rather than take the job.
Commercial properties, HOA common areas, and multi-building sites get walked as well. There are too many variables in access, scheduling, and scope to price them from an image.
